How to Apply?

The admissions process at MAPS is smooth and transparent. Parents/Guardians may apply through the following steps:

Step 1: Obtain the Registration Form

Collect the Admission Form and Prospectus from the School Office OR

Download it directly from here (hyperlink – Link to the admission form).

Step 2: Submit the Application

Fill in the Admission Form carefully.

Submit the completed form along with required documents at the school office within the given timeframe.

Step 3: Interaction/Entrance Test

For Pre-Primary (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG, UKG): An informal interaction with the child and parents.

For Classes I – IX: Written test in English, Mathematics, and Science (as per CBSE level).

For Classes XI – XII: Admission based on Class X Board Results and stream selection (Science/Commerce).

Step 4: Confirmation of Admission

On qualifying the interaction/test, selected candidates will be informed.

Admission will be confirmed only after submission of documents and payment of fees.

Required Documents

Parents are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

1. For All Classes

Duly filled Admission Form

2 recent passport-size photographs of the student

1 passport-size photograph each of parents/guardians

Copy of Aadhaar Card (Student + Parents)

Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Authority)

PEN Number

2. For Classes I onwards

Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (countersigned if out of Lucknow)

Report Card/Marksheet of the previous class

3. For Class XI Admission

Class X Board Marksheet (mandatory for stream selection)

Transfer Certificate from previous school

For Classes XI – XII: Admission based on Class X Board Results and stream selection (Science/Commerce).

Note: All documents must be submitted in original with one photocopy. Originals will be returned after verification.
